1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

3. Eligibility

Use of the abad4d Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a resident of Indonesia or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and regulated. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with local laws.

• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling service or under any voluntary or involuntary gambling ban.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

abad4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

abad4d is required by law and for fraud prevention purposes to verify the identity of all users. As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Selfie or video verification holding your ID document to confirm identity.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

abad4d supports deposits via Indonesian local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly during banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside these hours may be subject to delays and will be processed on the next banking day. abad4d does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be cleared before withdrawal. Refer to Section 6 for bonus terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account tier and payment method.

abad4d is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1× turnover requirement) before withdrawal. Suspicious activity, including but not limited to large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without wagering, may trigger additional security checks and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

abad4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and validity periods. These terms are provided at the time of bonus issuance and must be read carefully before accepting any offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. • Colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes).

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

abad4d reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any wager at any time without prior notice. Circumstances that may result in bet rejection include:

• Technical errors in odds or event listings.
• Suspicious betting patterns indicative of collusion or insider information.
• Wagers placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets) or after a key event has occurred (for live betting).
• Account verification issues or outstanding compliance requirements.

7.2 Results and Settlement

All betting results are determined based on official sources and statistics providers. In the event of a dispute, abad4d's decision is final. Common settlement scenarios include:

• Postponed or Abandoned Events: If an event is postponed, bets typically remain valid if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours. If the event is abandoned or canceled, bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Incorrect Odds or Payouts: If an obvious error occurs (e.g., decimal point error, inverted odds), abad4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live Betting Delays: Live betting odds are subject to brief delays due to data feed latency. abad4d is not liable for losses resulting from these delays.

7.3 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All casino games on abad4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness. Sports betting odds are derived from reputable market data providers. Cheating, hacking, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the abad4d Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video, is the property of abad4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website without express written permission.
• Use abad4d trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, abad4d and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to incorrect betting decisions or gambling losses.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Errors in odds, results, or payouts that are corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays or failures.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you participate at your own discretion. abad4d provides entertainment services and does not guarantee winnings or profits.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you after all pending wagers are settled and KYC verification is complete.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by abad4d

abad4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You are found to be under the legal gambling age of 21.
• You engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• You engage in collusion, cheating, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform.
• Your account is deemed inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months or more).

In cases of termination for cause, abad4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. Funds may be withheld pending investigation or reported to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently). 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against abad4d.
